Cancellation Policy and Payment

Our Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we ask at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.

Appointments can be cancelled through our online booking system, or by sending a text to 215-279-3932, or via email to info@southphillyacu.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window because of an emergency, please let us know.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash, credit, HSA cards, and check. We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for your insurance company.

Our Late Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to guarantee your time slot and you may be charged a Cancellation Fee of $40. Please be considerate of your appointment time. We will always do our best to accommodate everyone.
